- Upon acceptance of you booking we will book on your behalf the Event at the time and place requested. Whilst we will make every effort to provide the particular booking requested we reserve the right to change that booking providing the alternative booking is of equal or greater value to that requested.
- The Event organiser reserves the right to alter the Event or its cost without notice. No refund shall be given in those circumstances.
- The Event organiser may cancel or postpone the Event. If the Event is cancelled or postponed please contact us for information on obtaining a refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking at anytime prior to the Event taking place. If the cancellation is due to no fault of you we will give you a complete refund of all monies paid to us by you relating to the cancelled booking.
- You shall not resell or transfer the booking to any other person. Any such resell or transfer will cause the booking to become void and the ticket holder maybe refused entry or ejected from the venue.
